General description

Vacuum Furnaces

The MT series vacuum furnaces are versatile modular devices. These machines are designed as single-chamber furnaces with a vertical recipient, resistive heating, and cooled outer walls.

The furnaces are used for heat treatment of the load in a vacuum or a controlled atmosphere of inert gases.

Where is a vacuum furnace used?

Standard operating temperature range from 50 °C to 1 350 °C. This temperature range is not final; for special applications, temperatures exceeding 2 000 °C may be required. If your process demands extreme temperature conditions, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities and propose a tailored solution.

The furnace is designed for the following application areas:

  • Glossy annealing
  • Capillary soldering
  • Degassing
  • Sintering

Under certain conditions:

  • Hardening with inert gas
  • Tempering
  • Diffusion welding
  • Vacuum casting

Capillary Brazing is the Most Common Furnace Application:

Capillary brazing is carried out in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere. This enables the joining of parts with significantly different masses or parts made of various materials that cannot be joined using conventional methods. The resulting joints are mechanically strong, clean, and vacuum-tight. The individual components are not mechanically deformed.

Basic parameters of the control system:

Industrial Solution with PC or PLC is optimally designed for all vacuum furnace functions. The control system meets all safety and ergonomic standards. Easy operation and administration via a touchscreen interface. The operator can choose from fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual mode. A service mode is also available for furnace adjustment and optimization. Additionally, it offers easily configurable heating and control process recipes in a logical arrangement.
